First-year students (freshers) must submit a hostel admission form at the time of college enrollment. This form should be filled in the prescribed format and duly signed by the student's parent or guardian. Completed applications must be submitted to the Principal of Abhyudaya Institute of Basic Science Higher Secondary School. Admissions and re-admissions are subject to review by the Hostel Superintendent and require final approval by the Principal.
Hostel room allotments are made based on room capacity and current availability. The Hostel Superintendent is solely responsible for assigning rooms. While general allocations follow standard guidelines, priority consideration is provided to students with physical disabilities or specific medical conditions.
